This policy explains how WorkLink TT collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you browse the platform, apply for a professional listing, post a service request, submit an enquiry, or contact us.

Depending on how you use WorkLink TT, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number and location.
• Business or service information, descriptions, categories and social links.
• Photographs and other material submitted for a listing or service request.
• Your selected listing plan, payment status and payment reference.
• Service-request details, enquiries and communications sent through the platform.
• Technical and security information, including a protected hash derived from an IP address.

WorkLink TT does not ask customers to publish bank account information through an application or request form. Official payment instructions are shared directly.

• Review, approve, publish and manage professional listings and service requests.
• Contact applicants, posters and enquirers about their submissions.
• Provide access codes, private management links and transactional notices.
• Process and reconcile payments and refunds.
• Promote approved providers and their submitted content through WorkLink TT channels.
• Prevent abuse, investigate problems and improve the platform.

Approved professional profiles may display the business name, service description, category, service area, approved images and the contact information selected for the profile. Service-request posters' private contact details are not displayed on the public preview. Listed professionals may receive additional request details where the platform allows it.

WorkLink TT uses third-party providers for hosting, database services, security and email delivery. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. These providers may process information outside Trinidad and Tobago under their own security and privacy arrangements. We share only the information reasonably needed to provide the relevant service.

We retain information for as long as reasonably required to operate the platform, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by WorkLink TT, subject to records we must reasonably retain. You may also ask us to hide or update a published profile or request.
